Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm

How you’ll make an impact in this role

Drives measurable improvements in patient safety and clinical outcomes by supporting the implementation of evidence-based quality initiatives across hospital departments.

Enhances operational efficiency by identifying workflow bottlenecks and enabling teams to implement effective, sustainable solutions.

Strengthens the hospital’s reputation and accreditation standing by ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance and readiness for external inspections.

Fosters a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration, empowering staff at all levels to actively participate in quality and safety efforts.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Education:
-
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience,if applicable.
What additional preferences we're seeking

Experience managing policies, procedures, and forms is desired
-
Excellent organization skills, technologically savvy and experience with PolicyStat a plus
-
Experience with Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation (OPPE) is helpful
