Insight Global's client is a fast-growing healthcare marketplace startup based in downtown Miami. They have a cutting-edge on-demand web and mobile platform seamlessly connecting licensed healthcare workers with local practices, meeting both temporary and full-time staffing needs. We’re seeking a Principal Product Manager who thrives on solving complex product problems and turning them into measurable user outcomes. This role will work closely with the Chief Product Officer to identify high-impact opportunities, shape product strategy, and build solutions that improve core KPIs. This is a product discovery, behavioral thinking, and outcomes-driven role. Ideal for someone who blends sharp product instincts with a rigorous, data-informed approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and solve high-impact product problems that influence core business metrics and marketplace performance Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured problem statements, product opportunities, hypotheses and experiments Lead end-to-end product discovery through customer research, behavioral insights and data analysis Design product experiences using product and UX judgment that guide user behavior and improve activation, retention, and conversion Partner closely with Engineering, Design and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions Define success metrics and measure the impact of product initiatives Run experiments and iterate quickly based on user feedback and performance data Continuously elevate our product thinking by introducing strong discovery practices and product frameworks

Skills and Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in Product Management
• Marketplaces focused (comfortable with b2b, b2c, or c2c platforms)
• Someone who has experience marketplace liquidity and a platform focused on matching people such as supply demand batching OR experience with growth of user base, sees it as a funnel (retention, engagement, compounding, etc.)
• Comfortable being an individual contributor and working very autonomously
• Bachelor's or equivalent
• Comfortable traveling to Miami more in the beginning (approximately once a month) and then once a quarter
• Able to work 8-5 EST
• Local to Miami strongly preferred
• Healthcare marketplace where they are matching per diem or locums
• User centric thinking with design
• Product analytics monitoring and experimentation
• Stakeholder management experience
