Job Description
A leading telecommunications provider is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Base Campaign Management & Reporting to support the execution, tracking, and optimization of customer marketing campaigns across Upsell, Loyalty, and Whole-Base Health initiatives. This individual will partner closely with Marketing, Customer Communications, MarTech, and Data & Analytics teams to manage campaign setup, audience segmentation, reporting, and launch readiness, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and measured effectively. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration to drive impactful customer marketing programs.
Skills and Requirements
- Three or more years in campaign operations, marketing analytics or customer base reporting, ideally in cable, telecom or another subscription business.
- Hands-on with campaign audience selection, list and cell code construction, and suppression logic.
- Advanced Excel; working knowledge of SQL and a visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiar with marketing automation and trigger platforms, and comfortable managing intake through JIRA.
- Organized and deadline-driven, with the judgment to flag a data or readiness problem before a campaign launches.
