Job Description
This individual will serve as an analytics and reporting resource supporting Carnival’s shipboard HR organization. The role will be heavily focused on extracting and analyzing workforce data, developing recurring monthly and ad hoc reporting, building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, and translating complex datasets into clear presentations and insights for leadership.
Skills and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field

3–5 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, dashboard development, or business/workforce analytics

Advanced Excel skills with experience extracting, cleaning, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets

Strong experience building and maintaining dashboards and recurring reporting solutions

Experience with Power BI for dashboarding and data visualization

Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, executive-level insights

Experience identifying trends, analyzing results, and presenting findings or recommendations to business leaders Experience with HR/People Analytics, workforce data, employee engagement, talent management, or performance data preferred

Experience with Qualtrics or other survey platforms

Exposure to additional analytics tools such as Tableau, SQL, or Oracle

Experience analyzing employee engagement or survey data

Knowledge of talent management, succession planning, promotions, performance management, or broader People Analytics programs
