Job Description

We are seeking two developers to join one of the top research and innovation teams. These developers should have baseline experience with back-end programming, and have recently shifted into LLM/agentic development, focused around automation efforts, AI integrations and AI solutions for within computing, software engineering and analysis. The role will involve hands-on engineering with complex software and systems environments, while providing opportunities to grow into AI powered software engineering, agentic systems, automated testing, program analysis, and scalable engineering platforms. Responsibilities include:

  • Design, implement, test, debug, and maintain software across systems, AI, and developer platforms.
  • Develop software in C/C++, Python, PowerShell, and potentially Rust/C#.
  • Work with operating systems, system components, virtualization, and systems infrastructure.
  • Build automation for software engineering, testing, debugging, and developer workflows.
  • Develop and integrate LLM- and Agentic AI-based solutions for software engineering and program analysis.
  • Explore automated code generation, test generation, debugging, program analysis, and developer productivity.
  • Build tools and services that integrate AI with source code, engineering data, tests,logs, and system telemetry.
  • Work with Azure, virtual machines, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems.

Skills and Requirements

  • 2+ years experience programming with C/C++, Python, Rust or C# with recent focus in developing and integrate LLM models and AI solutions – Python preferred
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Programming in Azure environment
