The expected base salary range for this position is 34,500-49,000 EUR. This salary range may vary based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, education, and geographic location.

Please note that this a remote position available only to candidates who reside in Greece.

JOB SUMMARY: The Associate Country Manager is responsible for day-to-day implementation and to support coordination of the recruitment and retention strategy. This implementation will be in accordance with the recruitment and retention strategies. Associate Country Managers work closely with the sponsor’s study team, internal program team, research Study Sites, and WCG R&R representatives at various locations in the nation to ensure successful clinical trial recruitment and retention.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The accountabilities listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.

• Site Onboarding:

• Presenting WCG services to local CRAs and sponsors.

• Reaching out to Study Site Investigators and Study Site Team to assess Sites’ needs and identify opportunities to provide/sell WCG services.

• Support in contracting with Medical Institutions.

• Locating and providing training of study personnel and Clinical Research Coordinators.

• Maintenance of the program:

• Assist the Country Manager on administrative tasks.

• Management of study personal and Clinical Research Coordinators.

• Reporting program results to Program Managers.

• CRC’s working hours management and invoice approving.

• Reporting:

• Updating Site Status Tracker and reporting program results on regular basis.

• Attending internal calls.

• The duties of this position are carried out in accordance with WCG’s Standard Operating Procedures and methodologies, Good Clinical Practice, European General Data Protection regulations and local country anti kick-back anti-bribery regulations.

• Other duties as assigned by supervisor. These may, on occasion, be unrelated to the position described here.

• Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the position.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in Sales/Customer Service, Clinical Research or similar roles.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Native Greek speaker highly preferred. Proficiency in Greek and English language skills, both written and spoken is required.

• Ability to prioritize, organize, and handle multiple tasks with changing deadlines.

• Team player with excellent people skills and strong customer focus.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and MS office).

• Sales training is an advantage.
