Union Position - Shifts are determined by Seniority
All employees are required to:

Rely on a lead to set up and adjust equipment

Abide by safety policies, operator preventative maintenance and housekeeping practices.

Ensure the quality specifications of the product.

Accurately complete process and quality documentation.

Communicate respectfully with others.

Work with limited supervision.

Operate Material Handling Equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack, etc.)
Ability to move up to higher paying labor positions.
