Full job description

Role Purpose

Lead all aspects of the software development lifecycle including analyzing, coding, debugging and documenting software; mentor and provide guidance to less experienced colleagues.

Key Accountabilities

  • Own assigned workstreams from requirements through implementation, testing, validation, stakeholder communication, and ongoing operational support.

  • Partner with business, Product & Technology, analytics, and vendor teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions and assess impacts, risks, dependencies, and implementation considerations.

  • Utilize SQL, reporting tools, and system configurations to investigate issues, validate data, perform root-cause analysis, and support operational and business decision-making.

  • Lead and support UAT, production validation, post-release monitoring, recurring audits, and operational reviews to ensure solution quality, data integrity, and process effectiveness.

  • Maintain documentation and visibility into assigned priorities, projects, risks, and deliverables while proactively identifying issues, communicating status, recommending solutions, and seeking guidance when escalation or decisions are required.

  • Act as subject matter expert in focus area(s).

Key Skills & Experiences

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues, assess impacts, and develop practical business and technical solutions.

  • Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), data validation, and production support activities, including UAT and post-release validation.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain technical documentation, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and independently drive work to completion with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
