KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, SAP AI & Agent Governance to join our Advisory Technology Organization.

Responsibilities:

Support the design and delivery of AI-enabled and agentic business processes across SAP Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and other enterprise functions

Apply SAP functional and business process knowledge to help define AI agent responsibilities, delegated authority, access models, approval thresholds, segregation of duties requirements, and governance controls

Assist in the development of governance frameworks for AI agents and other non-human actors, including identity, roles, lifecycle management, monitoring, controls, guardrails, and human oversight requirements

Evaluate risks associated with AI-enabled business processes and support the design of practical control frameworks, escalation mechanisms, exception handling, transaction limits, and runtime monitoring capabilities

Collaborate with SAP BTP, integration, IAM/IGA, security, cyber, GRC, and AI teams to help establish governed access to SAP applications, workflows, APIs, and enterprise data

Participate in client workshops, contribute to engagement delivery, prepare project deliverables, and support KPMG methodologies, accelerators, proposals, thought leadership, and go-to-market initiatives related to Trusted Agents

Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

Minimum three years of recent experience in SAP functional consulting, business process transformation, SAP S/4HANA, AI-enabled transformation, intelligent automation, security, controls, or related technology programs

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or minimum of a high school diploma or GED required plus five years of relevant SAP implementation experience

Experience in one or more SAP functional areas such as Finance, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Asset Management, or Human Capital Management, including process design, workflow, integrations, and business requirements

Experience with AI, intelligent automation, SAP BTP, SAP Build, APIs, copilots, AI agents, integration platforms, or related emerging technologies is preferred

Understanding of identity, access management, segregation of duties, delegated authority, privileged access, and governance controls

Ability to translate business requirements into practical AI, automation, governance, risk, and control solutions while supporting client engagements and project workstreams

Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technology stakeholders

Travel could be as high as 80%
