The Opportunity
As a Digital Assurance and Transparency Associate, you will engage with clients to enhance their financial reporting and decision-making processes. You will contribute to projects within our Assurance practice, focusing on delivering independent and objective assessments that uphold transparency, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements. As an Associate, you will develop your skills and knowledge by participating in client engagements and projects, building meaningful connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that values curiosity, adaptability, and reliability. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embracing ambiguity and using challenges as opportunities for growth. Your contributions will support the broader objectives of your projects, helping clients focus on driving their business forward. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how your work fits into the overall strategy, while reinforcing professional and technical standards.
Responsibilities

Supporting client engagement by applying auditing methodologies and IT controls

Developing skills in process assurance and risk identification to enhance client support

Utilizing artificial intelligence platforms to streamline auditing processes

Collaborating with teams to uphold compliance and governance standards

Engaging in active listening to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions

Participating in the evaluation of internal controls to maintain regulatory compliance

Applying intellectual curiosity to explore innovative solutions for client challenges

Contributing to the development of IT governance frameworks to improve operational efficiency

Assisting in the identification and mitigation of potential risks within client operations

Building foundational knowledge in digital assurance to support financial reporting accuracy
What You Must Have
-
Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology

At least a 3.0 overall GPA

Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment or the educational requirements for licensure as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

Client service associate positions are entry-level roles and job seekers have completed or are in the process of completing their final academic year of educational requirements

The salary range for this position is: $53,500 - $104,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
