The Opportunity

As a Management Consulting - Sector Operations - Health Senior Associate Intern you will support client-focused work within our Advisory practice, contributing to sector operations efforts across health organizations through research, analysis, and day-to-day project tasks. As an Intern you will learn by observing experienced team members, participate in assignments, ask questions to build understanding, and develop your own professional brand while contributing to work that helps teams move forward. In this role at PwC, you will help gather information, organize materials, prepare documents, and take part in projects that support operational improvement across business and supply chain activities in the health sector.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting client teams in health sector operations projects by gathering information, organizing materials, and tracking task progress

  • Conducting research on operational processes, market trends, and service delivery practices across healthcare and life sciences organizations

  • Assisting with data review, basic analysis, and preparation of summaries that inform project discussions and working sessions

  • Using digital tools and AI-enabled resources to organize work, draft content, and capture insights under direction

  • Participating in project meetings by taking notes, documenting actions, and following up on assigned deliverables

  • Applying problem-solving skills to identify process gaps, workflow issues, and opportunities to improve operating efficiency

  • Collaborating across teams to support operational transformation, process improvement, and implementation activities

  • Learning and applying consulting methods, business processes, and professional standards in a client-facing environment

What You Must Have

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's of Business Administration degree

  • At least 3 years of experience

  • Client service Senior Associate intern positions are for job seekers who are one year away from graduation of their MBA program at the time of application

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000 - $202,000 and will be prorated for the time of employment. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
