Job Description: The Regional Business Development (BD) Manager is responsible for the execution of the sales plan while ensuring profitable revenue for the business unit. He/she coaches, trains, and develops the Sales team (e.g.: BDO, Sales Reps) on sales and strategy techniques with a focus on execution.
