Work Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
On-site presence required Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Monday and Wednesday are remote, however, you must be willing to work on-site on these days pending business needs.
Description
-
Serves as an internal consultant for compensation programs and related business needs
-
Designs, implements, and maintains compensation programs to ensure equitable and competitive pay practices
-
Responsible for executing high-level project-work and engaging in complex analytics pertaining to employee compensation
-
Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter. Develops and maintains databases, dashboards, and custom reports/queries
-
Builds relationships with internal customers and client groups and liaises with Human Resources business partners (HR BP) to deliver consistent and high-quality customer service
Compensation Program Design & Management
-
Design, implement, and maintain equitable and competitive compensation programs
-
Provide input and support for annual salary administration processes, including salary structure development and incentive plan design
-
Review and recommend updates to compensation policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality
Analytics & Reporting
-
Conduct complex compensation-related data analysis and modeling
-
Build and maintain compensation databases, dashboards, and custom reports/queries
-
Support compensation audits and develop process documentation
Consultation & Internal Education
-
Serve as a subject matter expert and internal consultant on compensation-related matters
-
Educate managers, directors, and leaders on compensation programs and the organization's compensation philosophy
-
Determine appropriate salary quotes for job changes and provide guidance to junior analysts
Stakeholder Collaboration & Customer Service
-
Partner with HR Business Partners and internal clients to assess compensation needs and deliver effective solutions
-
Actively engage stakeholders to evaluate, rebuild, and refine compensation processes for improved outcomes
-
Provide high-quality and consistent service in all compensation-related matters
Training, Mentoring & Support
-
Deliver compensation-related training and orientation sessions to business partners and supervisors
-
Coach and mentor junior compensation analysts
-
Contribute to training material development for compensation processes and tools
Compliance & Governance
-
Ensure compensation programs comply with internal policies and relevant external regulations
-
Handle complex compensation issues independently and escalate only the most advanced matters to compensation leadership
Travel: Less than 10% of the time may be required
Work Type: Hybrid employee - splits time between working remotely and working in the office
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Four (4) to six (6) years of progressive Human Resources experience required, preferably in healthcare

Three (3) years of compensation or finance related experience required
-
Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills required
-
Prior to any offer extended, an excel proficiency test will be required
-
A bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, health education or related field

Certification: CCP strongly suggested
