Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Growth teams.
  • Communicate design decisions clearly.
  • Collaborate with Engineering through implementation.

  • Balance user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and timelines.

What we're looking for

  • 2–4 years of experience in Product/UX Design.

  • A portfolio showcasing real product and web design work, design thinking, and shipped experiences.

  • Experience designing consumer-facing mobile or web products.

  • Strong understanding of UX, interaction, and visual design.

  • Strong proficiency in Figma and prototyping.

  • Experience working with design systems.

  • Strong visual craft and attention to detail.

  • Ability to simplify complex problems and create intuitive experiences.

  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Good to have

  • Experience in healthtech, e-commerce, fintech, or marketplaces.
  • Experience with user research or usability testing.
  • Experience designing responsive web products.
  • Knowledge of motion and micro-interactions.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools.
