Human Resource Specialist

SodexoMagic is seeking an HR Support Specialist for the Delta Sky Clubs at Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. This role will provide clerical HR support: handles airport badging process, directs employee inquiries, and assists with various admin duties.

SodexoMagic is a joint venture between NBA Hall of Famer Earvin “Magic” Johnson and Sodexo. As a certified minority company, we provide food, facilities management and integrated services across corporate, healthcare, education and aviation.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $23.50 per hour - $30.41 per hour

Requirements

• Education Requirement: Associate's degree or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Management Experience: 2 - 5 years

• Related Experience: 2 - 5 years
