Job Description:
Sign on Bonus up to $5,000 for eligible applicants
Relocation Bonus up to $5,000 for eligible applicants
Schedule: Full Time
Shift: Days, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Location: 895 Howard Gap Road; Fletcher, NC 28732

Contributes to the overall patient experience.

Supports the clinical team in administrative tasks.

Monitors and adheres to metrics-based performance standards.

Facilitates seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers.

Collaborates well with Clinical Pod, Scheduling Pod, and clinical staff.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Excellent Customer Service skills

Strong computer skills
-
Experience with internet-based applications.

Knowledge of and experience with electronic medical records programs

Call center/Clinic telephony experience
Education:
- High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
