Job Title: Registered Nurse - Skilled Nursing Facility [Gracewood Campus]Agency: Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities Job Requisition ID: JR0000005382Shift: Not Applicable (United States of America)Compensation Details: $72,000.00 - $94,000.00 Job Description: Under general supervision, assesses client health problems and needs. Develops and implements nursing care plans and maintains medical records. Administers nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled clients. May advise clients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.
