Full job description

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide business and financial advice as the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) by managing the team to prepare annual budgets, forecasts, sales analysis, operating expense analysis, and developing standard reporting

  • Summarize and interpret key business indicators to provide stakeholders with critical information for timely and impactful decision-making

  • Oversee monthly financial statement reviews to assess reasonableness, identify business trends, and uncover opportunities

  • Analyze trends in key performance indicators across revenue, cost of sales, and overhead expenses to enhance overall company performance

  • Lead the budgeting and financial forecasting processes while improving performance reporting and modeling tools, including the development of a budget calendar

  • Develop and enhance management reports, dashboards, and KPIs for regular presentations to the leadership team, ensuring clarity and actionable insights

  • Foster a collaborative relationship with the General Ledger team to facilitate timely information gathering and streamline the month-end close routine

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 12 plus years of related experience and 7 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 15 plus years of specific experience and 9 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master's Degree or Certified Public Accountant
