What is the opportunity?

The Senior Analyst bridges the gap between complex informational reporting regulations and digital execution. This role ensures technology defects, enhancements and annual testing, including UAT, occurs to ensure reporting can occur timely and efficiently for the Tax Reporting Operations team.

What will you do?

Convert high-level strategic initiatives into actionable operational tasks

Facilitate communication between strategy, operations, and technology teams

Draft user stories and participate in requirements gathering processes

Maintain technology momentum during peak operational periods

Serve as primary liaison escalating issues through defined escalation paths

Coordinate and ensure all UAT and annual testing processes are appropriately completed

Tax Reporting Operations point of contact for all technology project coordination and status tracking

Maintain project continuity and comprehensive documentation

Participate in Tax Reporting Operations processes, as needed

Must-have:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), Data Management or related field.

Experience:5+ years in operations, business analysis, or program management

Data Mastery: Expert proficiency in excel, experience in relational database tools utilizing SQL, hands-on experience with enterprise tax software

Nice to have:

Technical Understanding:Solid grasp of both strategic planning and operational execution

Testing Expertise:Previous experience regularly completing UAT testing; ideally participated in UAT planning

Stakeholder Management:Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Problem-Solving:Ability to prioritize requests based on business impact, work independently managing multiple priorities and escalate concerns appropriately

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $70,000 - $130,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
