Full job description

Are you a collaborative leader who thrives on improving processes, developing teams, and driving operational excellence? Oregon Lottery is hiring one (1) Manager, Business Enablement to join the Operations team in a hybrid position.

This is a mostly remote position with occasional on site travel approximately once per quarter to attend team meetings, trainings, and other business-related events. Please note that Oregon Lottery does not reimburse travel expenses.

About the Role

This role will report to the Assistant Director of Operations and will Develop and execute operational plans and organizes the work to meet business strategy and evaluates results of the functional group. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency by developing tools, workflows, and systems that enhance organizational performance. You will also analyze business performance data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports to support strategic planning and decision-makings. You will identify operational gaps, recommend process improvements, and ensure business processes align with gaming regulations and internal policies.

  • Provide constructive and timely feedback. Offer guidance, coaching, and support. Ensure professional development plans are in place. Manage ongoing performance.

  • Support employees in addressing and resolving conflicts directly, providing guidance as needed.

  • Lead and manage the Business Enablement team to drive high performance and effective cross-functional collaboration.

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that streamline lottery operations and improve business processes.

  • Develop, implement, and enhance tools, workflows, and systems to increase organizational efficiency.

  • Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements to strengthen performance.

  • Analyze business performance data, track KPIs, and prepare reports to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience in progressive operations, business analysis, program management, or process optimization. Three (3) years of supervisory or management experience; OR

  • Eight (8) years of experience in progressive operations, business analysis, program management, or process optimization. Three (3) years of supervisory or management experience.
