About the Role
The BPO QA Lead owns the multi-tier quality process for the Atlanta annotation cell, running calibration with Calder, gold-standard audits, and Kappa tracking to hit and hold the ≥ 0.8 quality target across modalities.
Responsibilities
Execute multi-tier QA — peer review → senior QA → gold-standard audit
Run weekly calibration sessions with Calder's QA counterpart
Perform gold-standard audits and track Kappa daily; report trending
Manage the 30-day calibration ramp and re-calibration on guideline changes
Route annotation findings back to field operators through Team Leads
Own quality across all three capture modalities

Skills and Requirements

2+ years in QA, annotation quality, or data-quality roles

Familiarity with inter-annotator agreement metrics (e.g., Cohen's Kappa)

Strong attention to detail and calibration discipline - Experience with 3D reconstruction, spatial data, or multi-sensor annotation

Experience building or running gold-standard audit processes
