Your future role at a glance

  • Location: Chicago, IL

  • Facility: Resurrection Village Life Center

  • Department: Skilled Nursing

  • Schedule: Days | Full-time

How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Provide hands-on clinical leadership for daily skilled nursing operations, stepping in on the floor to ensure high-quality care.

  • Oversee CMS, state, and federal regulatory compliance through audits, quality monitoring, and ongoing performance improvement.

  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, and staff education to build and retain a strong nursing team.

  • Manage resident admissions, discharges, and interdisciplinary coordination to support floor staff and drive optimal clinical outcomes.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.

Work Experience:

  • 5 years of experience required.

  • 10 years of experience preferred.

  • 2 years of leadership or management experience required.

  • 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Additional Preferences:

  • BLS Provider preferred.
