Organization: SMPMC-Sutter Mills Peninsula Medical Center Position Overview: Under the direction of the Chief or Assistant Chief Engineer performs basic maintenance and repairs of Hospital owned buildings, equipment, and systems. Job Description: EDUCATION Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma. HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE DL-Valid Driver's License PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN: Ability to use basic hand tools and painting equipment. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Basic mechanical and electrical experience. Also refer to Position Specifications outlined in the appropriate collective bargaining agreement. Basic computer skills

Pay Range is $40.29 to $40.29 / hour The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
