Job Description

This Sourcing Manager will support the Human Resources category. Develops, provides, and executes sourcing strategies, options, working with internal customers to conclude decisions based on technology, cost and schedule requirements, and then drives procurement to completion. Drives business aspects of complex, high impact supplier agreements in collaboration with suppliers and internal cross-functional organizations. Responsible for contract negotiations, cost, technology enablement, device development, and services to ensure capacity and supply assurance.

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for HR-related services and suppliers.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to provide recommendations based on cost, risk, supplier capabilities, and business requirements.
  • Lead supplier negotiations, including contracts, pricing, service agreements, and supply assurance.
  • Drive process improvements and sourcing efficiencies.
  • Analyze market and supplier data to identify opportunities, risks, and solutions.
  • Manage complex cross-functional projects and supplier engagements.
  • Influence business decisions and collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee project priorities, timelines, resources, and team deliverables.

Skills and Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an individual contributor in indirect procurement managing deals above 500K- Excel analytics skills
  • Proven project management skills
  • Expertise in the HR category
  • Strategic sourcing expertise
  • Fluent in English
