GRC Analyst (Governance, Risk & Compliance)

SUMMARY

A growing organization is seeking a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Analyst to support risk management, compliance initiatives, and information security governance programs. This role will work closely with business and technology teams to assess risks and maintain regulatory compliance.

POSITION TITLE: GRC Analyst

LOCATION: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid)

SALARY: $85,000 - $120,000

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct risk assessments and document security control effectiveness.

• Support internal and external audits, compliance reviews, and remediation efforts.

• Maintain security policies, standards, and governance documentation.

• Coordinate third-party vendor risk assessments and reviews.

• Track compliance initiatives and provide reporting to leadership.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in governance, risk, compliance, audit, or information security.

• Experience with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, or SOC 2.

• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and control testing.

• Experience supporting audits and compliance initiatives.

• Familiarity with vendor risk management processes.

• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

• Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, Security+, or similar are preferred.
