Duties

  • Serves as the senior Integrator for the Missiles Command, maintaining enterprise-wide situational awareness across Tactical, Operational, Strategic, Nuclear, and Hypersonic missile system programs.
  • Develops and prepares senior leader briefings, reports, and strategic communication materials for engagements with GO/SES officials from the Services, OSD, and MDA.
  • Leads enterprise-level analysis of ACAT I/II missile programs; synthesizes data from Program Integrators, Functional Analysts, CMOs, and subordinate Commands into actionable senior-level products.
  • Plans, organizes, and executes the Command’s Annual Customer Engagement Plan; coordinates cross functional inputs and supports strategic lines of effort.
  • Supervises and mentors Program Integrators and Functional Management Analysts; sets priorities, evaluates performance, oversees development, and ensures compliance with DCMA policies and EEO requirements.
  • Identifies and tracks high level issues related to cost, schedule, performance, production, and quality; coordinates corrective actions across Commands and ensures timely resolution.
  • Supports strategic planning by assessing Service/MDA POM documentation; identifies impacts to workload and resources and provides recommendations to optimize Command alignment.

Qualifications

To qualify for a Supervisory Integrated Missiles position, your resume and supporting documentation must support: A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the NH-04 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-03 or GS-13 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time after competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Leading integration and enterprise situational awareness for a $300B missile systems portfolio encompassing ACAT I/II Tactical, Operational, Strategic, Nuclear, and Hypersonic programs. Preparing senior-level briefings, reports, and analytical products for GO/SES engagements across OSD, Service headquarters, and MDA. Analyzing and synthesizing program data from multiple Commands to produce enterprise-wide products supporting strategic decision-making. Developing, coordinating, and executing annual customer-engagement plans and managed senior customer information requirements. Supervising Program Integrators and Functional Analysts, assigning work, evaluating performance, mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with policy, EEO, and safety standards. Representing Command leadership during senior-level engagements and ensured subordinate Commands maintained accurate and policy-compliant program information. Identifying and resolving major cost, schedule, production, quality, and performance issues across missile programs; coordinating corrective actions across Commands. Assessing Service and MDA POM submissions to determine impacts on workload and resources and recommended priority and resourcing adjustments. Implementing workflow improvements, strengthening team collaboration, and contributing to enterprise-level integration, policy development, and strategic planning.
