A client is seeking a Director of Program Management to lead and develop a team of Program Managers during an exciting period of growth and integration. This newly created leadership position will play a key role in establishing program management best practices, driving operational excellence, and supporting a growing defense manufacturing organization. The business is focused on advanced energetic systems and manufacturing solutions supporting critical defense applications,

Skills and Requirements
7+ years of leadership experience
Proven experience building or improving program management organizations
Background in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of government contracting requirements, including FAR, DFARS, and TINA regulations.
Bachelor's degree Active Secret clearance
