Job Summary and Qualifications

Job Summary:

The Manager Pharmacy Technicians is responsible for supervising pharmacy technicians including scheduling, work assignments, orientation, training and evaluation of employees. Develops and implements strategies to optimize performance and departmental operations. Maintains competency in licensure to function within the department as needed.

What qualifications you will need:

• Pharmacy Technician Registration with Florida Department of Health and PTCB Pharmacy Technician Certification is required, or Registered Pharmacist with Florida Department of Health.

• 3 years of related pharmacy experience required. Supervisory experience preferred.

• High School diploma or GED Required. Two years college education preferred.
