New Jersey Natural Gas (NJNG), a subsidiary of New Jersey Resources is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to provide strategic support, content development and project management in the execution of marketing initiatives, including newsletters, social content and asset management. Monitor and report on the progress of marketing initiatives across both digital and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, strategic goals and timelines. Support marketing operations including campaign development, website maintenance, outreach support, vendor coordination and budget tracking.

Major Responsibilities:

Coordinate marketing projects ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met by overseeing campaign development/approval process.

Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, print and outreach efforts.

Manage marketing calendars and schedules to ensure consistent and timely communication of marketing materials.

Maintain digital content libraries and image assets for easy access and version control.

Develop website content and maintain current updates, optimization and performance tracking.

Draft and manage the approval process of engaging content for newsletters, emails and promotional materials.

Provide logistical and creative support for community outreach, sponsorships and trade ally engagement.

Support marketing programs by coordinating communications, facilitating contractor education, and managing third-party campaign approvals and reimbursements where applicable.

Track and report on marketing performance metrics, lead data, and customer feedback to inform strategy and improve engagement.

Collaborate with the finance team to track and reconcile marketing budget, including campaign expenditures, outreach initiatives and vendor payments, ensuring alignment with financial goals.

Conduct marketing research to support strategic planning and campaign optimization.

Collaborate with external vendors to manage the end-to-end printing/production, fulfillment and inventory of marketing collateral — including print and digital assets such as brochures, promotional items and direct mail pieces — while ensuring adherence to timelines and maintaining brand consistency and compliance across all deliverables.

Position Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field preferred

Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, corporate communications, or agency setting (or equivalent education/experience)

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive business relationships

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with CRM and project management tools is a plus

Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects independently

Background in Sales & Marketing or Marketing Operations/Support preferred

Other Details:

Compensation: Expected base pay range for this role will be $53,500 - $72,000.

Base pay is based on several factors including, experience, skills, and knowledge.

This role will be eligible to participate in an annual short term incentive program.
