Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have several labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Green Dental Lab in Heber Springs, AR , for a CAD CAM Technician (3rd Shift).
The regular hours for this position are from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., Sunday through Thursday, and subject to change from time to time.
This is a full-time position featuring employee benefits including: health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance; paid holiday, vacation, and sick time; 401K with company contribution; and tuition reimbursement!
Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:

Cycle jobs on additive manufacturing equipment in an efficient and timely manner.

Clean parts removed from additive manufacturing equipment.

Set up print jobs as indicated by the CAM Manager.

Associate models from finished print jobs.
-
Calibrate equipment as approved by the CAM Manager.

Assist with IOS model building when all other tasks have been completed.
Skills and Abilities Required:
-
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
-
Ability to adapt to company employed software such as Magic Touch, 3Shape, and various existing and upcoming portals for receiving IOS scans.

Intermediate technical knowledge and understanding.
-
Is flexible and able to work as part of a team.
-
Basic understanding of how to operate a computer and use a digital file system.
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- Preferred: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used:
-
Daily exposure to uncured resins used in additive manufacturing equipment.
-
Exposure to alcohol vapors
-
Possible exposure to UV light from parts curing units.
-
Exposure to all materials utilized by production and maintenance in the laboratory.

Computer
Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for extended periods of time
-
Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
