What You'll Do

Lead daily restaurant operations
Coach, train, and motivate team members
Deliver outstanding customer service
Help hire and develop new employees
Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
Assist with inventory, cash handling, and restaurant performance
Support the General Manager in driving a successful, positive workplace

What We're Looking For

Leadership or supervisory experience (restaurant experience preferred)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
