DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Performs a variety of para-professional activities related to primary field of study.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Learning about area of career interest by observing and assisting professionals in their daily activities.
• Assists in the coordination, administration and/or monitoring of specific programs.
• Performs general administrative, analytical and operating activities associated with a specific program.
• Research topics pertinent to specific area of study and work.
• Assists with special projects as assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS There are no major sources of discomfort, i.e., essentially normal office environment with acceptable lighting, temperature and air conditions.EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Requires the ability and knowledge for analysis and interpretation of procedures, policies and practices attainable through specific education and/or training programs in a specialty or technical field. (Individuals are college students)

LICENSE REQUIREMENTS NonePrefernce shall be given to candidates with experience in using Microsoft Apps and Power BI.

Preference shall be given to eligible veteran applicants provided such persons possess the qualifications necessary for competent discharge of the duties involved in the position applied for, such persons are among the most qualified candidates for the position, and all other factors in accordance with Executive Order 1-6.
