Organization: SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-Bay Position Overview:

• This position will be primarily onsite in Oakland, CA.

Provides expertise for all analysts and ensures assigned support areas have comprehensive tenured employee training programs covering all digital workflows across the Sutter Health application suite. Provides support to less experienced support analysts and to all Sutter clinical employees in the use of electronic health record (eHR) and other technologies, including eHR onboarding and training, and proficiency maintenance and enhancement. Assists with new eHR functionality, go-live support in all regions and upgrades, and applies best practices and experience to effectively address complex clinical/technical issues in diverse healthcare delivery environments. Job Description: EDUCATION: Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

• 5 years recent relevant experience

CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:

Epic proficiency required upon hire

Pay Range is $148,574.40 to $222,872.00 / annual salary The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
