How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Lead and execute individualized care plans by continuously monitoring patient health status and adjusting clinical interventions to drive optimal patient recovery and quality outcomes.

• Serve as the primary clinical coordinator by collaborating across multidisciplinary teams—including physicians, specialists, and therapists—to deliver seamlessly integrated patient care.

• Execute medical orders with precision by accurately interpreting, noting, and carrying out physician and nursing directives in accordance with clinical safety protocols.

• Champion safe patient transitions by evaluating discharge readiness and coordinating post-care needs with the care team to prepare patients and families for successful at-home recovery.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date require. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida required. Credentialed from State Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.

Additional Preferences:

• 2 years of emergency department experience.
