Were looking for an experienced Recruiter II with strong sourcing skills to support hiring across Automation & Engineering and Real Estate & Facilities job families.

This is a sourcing-heavy opportunity for someone who knows how to go beyond simply posting a job and waiting for applications. Youll be recruiting for a diverse mix of exempt and non-exempt positions, including Area Maintenance Managers, Maintenance Planners, Technicians, Quality Refrigeration Specialists, and other technical and operational talent.

You'll manage high-volume requisitions, navigate competitive talent markets, and help ensure teams are fully staffed for both existing operations and new site launches.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter II to join our team, focusing on sourcing for Automation & Engineering and Real Estate & Facilities job families. The team is expanding due to the departure of several tenured sourcers, creating an immediate need for experienced recruiting support. This role will support both exempt and non-exempt hiring across various positions, including Area Maintenance Managers, Maintenance Planners, Technicians, and specialized roles such as Quality Refrigeration Specialists. The position involves managing high-volume requisitions and working under tight deadlines to ensure staffing for both existing sites and new site launches.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates for Automation & Engineering and Real Estate & Facilities roles.

  • Manage high-volume requisitions and work under tight timelines.

  • Ensure staffing is completed prior to new site openings.

  • Partner with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

  • Navigate compensation challenges and engage candidates in competitive talent markets.

Essential Skills

  • 3+ years of sourcing experience.

  • Strong sourcing capabilities, including advanced Boolean search techniques.

  • Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.

  • Proven ability to engage candidates in competitive talent markets.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience sourcing candidates in rural or geographically challenging locations is highly preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Strong interest in long-term opportunities with the potential for permanent conversion.

Work Environment

The position is 100% onsite, with preferred locations being Seattle, Nashville, or Arlington. Bellevue may be considered for particularly strong candidates. The work schedule follows standard business hours, with no holiday work expected.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
