关于苏州四季酒店: 苏州四季酒店隐匿于金鸡湖私密岛屿之上，四周绿荫环抱、碧波粼粼，宛如一方静谧绿洲。作为都市度假酒店，它距市中心仅举步之遥 —— 步入其间却恍若置身宁静秘境，都市的喧嚣在此化作从容私密的静谧。酒店设有 199 间客房及套房，另配 11 栋独立别墅，无论是家庭欢聚、浪漫旅居，亦或是商务出行，皆能提供如诗如画的休憩之所。
岗位职责: 以四季生活会员卡销售为核心，并基于会员信息数据库，进行其他餐饮产品的二次销售。充分开发并整合客户资源，通过提供优质的餐饮产品和服务，稳定客户群体、促进客户活跃度，进而提高餐饮产品销量及会员续会率，并最终达到餐饮部及酒店利润最大化。
工作内容:
- 能回应所有的电话咨询或来函，确保数据/信息被正确地及时传递。
- 熟练会员卡的各项信息及酒店设施，能带领客户参观酒店。
- 跟进客户信息的收集与登记，确保所有的申请表格都是完全完成的，如果有差异也是可以给与解释的。
- 定期进行客户拜访活动，拓展开发新客户，力争达到所确定的销售目标。
- 提供持续良好的售后服务，以维系客户关系，稳定并提高会员续会率。
- 及时向客户发布最新的餐饮促销信息，跟进预定、收款及其他相关工作。
- 随时关注客户的需求变化、反馈意见，定期向餐饮销售部项目总监及销售经理汇报并提出建议与意见。
应聘要求:
- 具备中文的阅读、写作和口语能力。
- 至少一年酒店或相关行业的工作经验，或同等工作经验。
- 大专以上学历，酒店/餐厅管理专业或有同等经验者优先。
