Software Engineer/AI Program Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead the ongoing development, adoption, and optimization of our ERP ecosystem. This individual will serve as the primary owner of ERP-related initiatives, partnering closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to drive continuous improvement across enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate combines strong software development project management experience with emerging expertise in AI tools, agentic platforms, and large language models (LLMs). This role will be responsible for leading ERP enhancement projects, managing AI-powered development resources, and building a scalable roadmap that aligns technology investments with business needs.

Skills and Requirements

• 4+ years of IT Project Management experience. Experience leading software development or enterprise application projects.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and align technical solutions with business objectives.

• Experience gathering business requirements and managing software implementation projects.

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies.

• ERP implementation, enhancement, or administration experience.

• Experience driving system adoption, change management, and user engagement efforts.

• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.

• Experience with AI agent platforms, workflow automation tools, or agentic AI solutions.

• Experience working with enterprise software ecosystems and business process transformation initiatives.

• Background managing distributed teams, vendors, or technical resources.
