-
Create learning pathways that support leadership and career growth across multiple stages of the employee journey.

THE LEADER WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You think enterprise-wide, but you know great programs succeed because of execution.
You understand that leadership development is more than training. It is about building capability, strengthening talent pipelines, creating opportunities for internal growth, and preparing an organization for what comes next.
You can walk into an executive conversation and discuss leadership readiness, succession, capability gaps, business priorities, program ROI, and workforce strategy. Then you can translate that conversation into programs, governance, curriculum, metrics, and experiences that employees and leaders can actually use.
You are comfortable building in an environment that is growing and evolving. You bring structure without unnecessary complexity, know when to standardize and when to adapt, and are energized by the opportunity to create programs that can scale.
