Aboutthe Role:

Asa CBRE Quality and Compliance Director, you will oversee and lead the deliveryof all

qualityand compliance deliverables for services provided to a Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical client.

Thisjob is part of the Contract Quality Management job function. They areresponsible for managing the delivery of

contractualservices to ensure requirements are fulfilled.

Thisis a fully onsite role in Las Piedra, PR with less than 10% travel required.

WhatYou’ll Do:

  • Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee therecruiting and hiring of new employees.

  • Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.

  • Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.

  • Manage all contractual agreement aspects and ensure that the company is staffed to achieve the quality deliverables committed in thosecontracts.

  • Evaluate, select, implement, and actualize best practices across the client portfolio.

  • Research, create, and align quality initiatives with current requirements. Direct continuous improvement objectives for both company and theclient.

  • Approve and negotiate terms of Quality Agreements with clients and vendors. Oversee vendor management program and approve all vendors.

  • Investigate deviations, events, and issues. Guide corrective and preventative actions to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Apply a robust knowledge of multiple disciplines, the business, and key drivers which impact departmental and cross-functional performance.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.Persuade managers and other colleagues to take action whilebeing guided by the organization's functional business plans. Negotiate with external partners, vendors, andcustomers of divergent interests to reach a common goal.

  • Identify and solve multi-dimensional, complex, operational, and organizational problems leveraging the appropriate resources within or outsidethe department.

  • Significantly improves and changes existing methods, processes, and standards within job discipline.

WhatYou’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will beconsidered.

  • Must hold Life Sciences/ Pharmaceutical leadership of Quality & Compliance facilities and operations strategic initiatives.

  • Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring,appraising, and rewarding performanceand retention is preferred.

  • Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.

  • Leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple departments’ results within a function.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
