Job Description

In this role as a member of the Internal Audit team, you will have the opportunity to influence change by developing innovative approaches that help drive continuous audit improvement. We encourage our team members to think creatively and challenge the status quo. You’ll be expected to take initiative and exercise critical thinking in delivering practical, value-added recommendations to enhance the control environment.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting
  • 4+ years banking or financial services audit experience.
  • Understanding of industry audit frameworks
  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or some other relevant certification or working towards certification. Experience in utilizing data analytics tools to generate audit insights over data populations. Proficiency with Alteryx, Tableau, or Microsoft SQL is strongly recommended. Understanding and/or experience working in the secondary mortgage market is a plus. Understanding and/or experience in financial markets is a plus.
