A growing MEP/FP consulting engineering firm based in Miami, Florida is actively hiring for full-time, on-site role. The firm has a tight-knit team of 17 employees and is known for delivering high-quality engineering design services on some of the region's most iconic high-rise and commercial projects.

Interview Process: 1 video/phone interview + 1 in-person Start Timeline: Immediate Work Eligibility: U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents

Senior Electrical Engineer Compensation: $95K–$130K (negotiable for top candidates)

What We Are Looking For: An experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead and design electrical systems for large-scale MEP/FP projects, including some of Miami’s most iconic buildings. The ideal candidate is technically sound, detail-oriented, and experienced in client-facing leadership roles.

Responsibilities:

Designing electrical systems for MEP/FP projects
Preparing detailed electrical layouts and power distribution analysis
Coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure project cohesion
Ensuring code and safety compliance
Managing timelines and overseeing design implementation

Qualifications Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
8+ years of experience in electrical design and engineering
Strong knowledge of power systems and distribution
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
PE license preferred
