Core Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day public relations activities, including media list management, outreach coordination, coverage tracking, and reporting.

  • Draft and edit communications materials such as press releases, media pitches, briefing documents, award submissions, and contributed content.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather information, validate messaging, and ensure communications are accurate, timely, and aligned with Airia’s brand.

  • Monitor industry news, competitor activity, media coverage, and relevant AI and enterprise technology trends to identify communications opportunities.

  • Maintain organized PR workflows, calendars, files, and agency or vendor communications to support smooth execution across initiatives.

  • Coordinate analyst briefings, inquiries, meetings, and follow-ups, ensuring stakeholders are prepared and next steps are clearly tracked.

  • Maintain analyst contact lists, engagement calendars, research deadlines, briefing notes, and program documentation.

  • Support the development and organization of analyst-facing materials, including briefing decks, company updates, product messaging, and response inputs.

What We Need from You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in public relations, analyst relations, marketing or media relations.

  • Experience working in enterprise technology, artificial intelligence, software, or B2B communications.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Ability to work from the midtown Atlanta office 3 days per week.
