About the Role & Position Overview

As a highly skilled advisor, you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience which educates and delights customers. In partnership with a high-performing team, you will create impact with in-store events and ensure that the store consistently achieves high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against competitors. Employment Notice: This position is being recruited by Randstad Sourceright (RSR) for freelance roles that will be staffed at The Estée Lauder Companies retail locations. The employer of record for this assignment will be Randstad.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.

  • Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.

  • Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.

  • Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers.

  • Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience / Skills: Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.

  • Availability: Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.

  • Work Authorization: Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous retail or beauty industry experience.

  • Familiarity with retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution.

Pay Range:

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $21.60 to $32.40. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition, The Estée Lauder Companies offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage (medical, dental, and vision insurance), wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
