Schedule: Days | Full-time
Salary Range: $45.31 - $61.29 per hour
How you’ll make an impact in this role
-
Supervise the daily operations of cardiac rehabilitation services.
-
Assess, coordinate and supervise daily staffing assignments and staffing levels.
-
Coordinate with staff to ensure efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
-
May participate in the direct delivery of care and evaluations and treatments as needed.

Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Required Credential(s):
-
BLS Provider obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

One or more of the following:
-
Exercise Physiologist specializing in Sports Medicine obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
-
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
-
Respiratory Care Practitioner credentialed from the Maryland Board of Physicians obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
