Resident Technician- Flex Seat Services

Job Description

HP is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Resident Technician to provide onsite desktop and workstation support within a Bank of America corporate environment. This individual will be responsible for maintaining workstation standards, performing basic hardware troubleshooting, managing inventory, and ensuring end-user workstations remain compliant and operational. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting desktop hardware and peripherals, excellent organizational skills, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Skills and Requirements

1-3 years of experience in desktop support, field services, IT support, or a related technical support role. Experience setting up and supporting desktop workstations and peripherals. Comfortable in Excel Familiarity with: Thin clients Monitors Docking stations Keyboards and mice USB peripherals and accessories Cabling- routing and management Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced corporate environment and can unpack and re pack boxes. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
