Utilize facilitation and communication expertise to foster cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment in workflow design Analyze and Design current and future state processes and identify appropriate gap analysis.

Facilitates and identifies of resistance to change and develops strategies to address it.
-
Executes change management strategies leveraging ADKAR methodologies to ensure smooth transitions.
-
Conducts workflow observation to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
-
Reviews training material for process inclusion to ensure comprehensive understanding.
-
Integrates organizational change management activities into project schedules to ensure smooth implementation.
-
Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay Range:
$66,830.40 - $124,300.80 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
