Job Description

Insight Global’s client is seeking a Front Office Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity. The Front Office Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day office administration for a print production facility located in Duluth GA. This position requires a high attention to detail, the ability to multitask and a willingness to learn. This position assists with general administrative duties related to front desk and office operations as well as HR and recruiting and inventory and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, incoming calls, deliveries, and daily front office operations.
  • Manage mail processing, document scanning, postage administration, and general office correspondence.
  • Coordinate facility, equipment, and building maintenance needs with external vendors and service providers.
  • Maintain office and kitchen supplies, ensuring a clean, organized, and productive workplace environment.
  • Support recruiting activities by coordinating interviews, posting job openings, and assisting with candidate communications.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and employee timekeeping compliance.
  • Assist with inventory management, label creation, data entry, reporting, and research projects.
  • Provide administrative and HR support to management while contributing to daily business operations and special projects.

Skills and Requirements

  • 3+ years experience with administrative and office support
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • High attention to detail and organization skills
  • Commercial Print Experience
  • Knowledge of the USPS online customer gateway
