We're at the forefront of Agentic Commerce Optimization (ACO), working with Fortune 500 clients including Mars, Unilever, and P&G, to dominate conversational commerce.

The Role: We're seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager who brings deep ecommerce marketplace expertise to help scale our enterprise client operations. You'll be the bridge between our AI optimization technology and client success, ensuring flawless execution of high-value programs for global brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver optimization projects on time and within scope
  • Develop and refine operational workflows for enterprise-scale deployments
  • Analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable client recommendations
  • Build strong relationships with brand managers and digital teams at major FMCG companies
  • Contribute to product development based on client feedback and market needs

What We're Looking For:

  • 4-6 years of experience in Amazon/ ecommerce ecosystem (agency or brand-side required)
  • Proven track record managing complex ecommerce operations or digital shelf strategies
  • Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, SEO, and content optimization
  • Experience with enterprise clients and managing multiple stakeholder relationships
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from complex data sets
  • Excellent project management and communication abilities
  • Experience with AI tools, automation, or emerging commerce technologies
