Salary: $61,532 USD per year

Description

Minimum Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Associate's degree required

  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience and 4 years shelters experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Work Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Work Location Requirement: Onsite

Schedule: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

Compensation: $61,532 annually

About the Role

The Operations Director will: (a) oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the facility; and (b) have overall responsibility for the facility during the Director’s absence.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain work schedules in accordance with agency policy and assignments of staff.• Manage completion of time clock edits and staff attendance compliance.• Manage performance evaluations, promotions, disciplinary actions, and staff supervision.• Ensure required staff trainings are completed and conduct training as needed.• Participate in employment interviews and complete associated HR forms.• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to Case Manager Supervisors and Unit Supervisors.• Has on-call responsibility.• Promote compliance with federal, state, DHS and Veteran Administration regulations.• Coordinate audit preparation and corrective action plans.• Conduct length-of-stay reviews and case record reviews.• Maintain property safety, accountability, facility security, and emergency preparedness.• Conduct inspections of vehicles, property, and resident rooms.• May conduct intake assessments and facility inspections.• May perform all duties of a House Manager or Unit Counselor as necessary.• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
