You will also operate AI-assisted and agentic assessment tooling and perform the human review of outputs required for audit and regulatory defensibility. This role requires strong analytical capability, deep familiarity with online safety regulations, and the ability to author written risk assessments that withstand scrutiny from regulators and external auditors.

  8. Communicate assessment results, risk ratings, and mitigation recommendations to cross-functional partners through structured written deliverables

  9. Adapt existing risk assessment frameworks to address novel product challenges and evolving regulatory requirements

  3. Familiarity with user-facing integrity harm domains such as child safety, fraud and scams, self-harm, or youth safety

  4. Demonstrated experience authoring written risk assessments, risk ratings, or regulatory filings that must withstand external scrutiny

  5. Experience analyzing complex regulatory requirements and translating them into structured assessment criteria and risk findings

  6. Experience influencing decisions and driving alignment across cross-functional stakeholders including legal, policy, product, and engineering partners
